Feltus vs. PDK involves
the public’s
repeated attempts to obtain access to government records under the Georgia
Open Records Act (GORA). These records are expected to show that DeKalb
County and its employees are engaging in
ongoing official misconduct designed
to conceal the
unlawful introduction of oversized aircraft into
the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK).
In addition, the complaint also alleges that DeKalb County has,
for years, bypassed federal environmental laws and
evaded ad valorem
taxation of aircraft based at PDK (taken from the website
of Attorney Brandon Hornsby, PC, plaintiffs legal counsel in the matter
of
Feltus v. PDK).
